Terms & ConditionsFor how to place your order, please refer to Orders Page For delivery arrangements and charges please refer to Delivery Page Confirmation of Order & Invoice Once order has been confirmed / items purchased via online shop, an invoice will be issued showing the relevant delivery charge along with the balance of payment that is due. Payment Payment can be made via PayPal or by cheque made payable to Little Events. Right to Cancel/Returns Due to the personalised nature of our products, you have the right to cancel your order within the minimum order periods shown below to receive a full refund. At time of delivery, please check that you are satisfied with the goods. Once you have accepted goods, these are unable to be returned as they are individually made to order for your celebration. Orders - Minimum Periods Cakes / Balloons / Party Bags / Favours - 3 weeks prior to required delivery date is preferred. Wedding Stationery - 6 to 8 weeks from date order is placed. Please contact us direct if you require an order within these periods and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
